Who is responsible?

Hosting and enquiries
Netlify hosts the website and processes technical connection data to deliver and protect it. When you send a partnership proposal, Netlify Forms stores the brand, contact name, email, product information, links, collaboration choices and message you provide. We use these to handle your enquiry and possible collaboration, on the basis of pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. These details are not included in our Analytics events. Enquiry records are kept for handling the relationship and any applicable legal obligations; contact us to request deletion.
Optional Google Analytics
Only after you choose “Allow analytics” do we load Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. It measures pages and guides read, product photos seen, clicks to brand websites, video interactions and the stages and completion of our contact form. Reports can include referral source, campaign labels, device/browser information and approximate location. Cookies distinguish visits and sessions. Google receives technical connection data, including the IP address during transmission; GA4 states that individual IP addresses are not logged or stored.
Your choice and storage
Consent is the basis for optional analytics. Refusing does not restrict the website. We store your choice locally for up to 180 days so we can respect it. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_…) are configured to expire after six months, subject to browser limits. User/event-level retention in Analytics is set to two months; aggregate standard reports can remain available longer. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled, and we do not send contact names, emails, form text, your wishlist search text or arbitrary URL query parameters to Analytics.
Partners and international processing
Reports for partners use aggregate figures, such as measured visits, product views and outbound clicks. We do not provide partners with visitor identities or individual contact proposals as part of those reports. A click to a brand does not tell us whether you bought there. Following external links puts you under that website’s privacy rules. Google and Netlify may process data outside the EEA; their linked policies explain international processing and safeguards.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and complain to a competent data protection authority. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using “Cookie settings” below or in the footer. Withdrawal stops future analytics and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
